Hello creative friends! Today's Talented Tuesday artist is my very good friend Nicole Gilmore. She is the owner and creator of a stunningly ingenious business called Lifted Balloons, located in the heart of San Francisco East Bay.
Through her brilliant handmade garlands and larger-than-life-balloon-arrangements, Nicole's jaw-dropping creations always elevate
Nicole fell head-over-heels in love with giant balloons creations while she was collaborating with her daughter for her Sweet Sixteen Bash. She says it was love at first sight.
Nicole was a little shy at first to inject her own individual twist on these giant balloon creations and start her own business but she took the leap of faith and has been creating her magic since July of 2016.
Thank God she did right?! The world needs her unique eye for design, class and color.
Since opening her business, Nicole has expanded her offerings to include swoon-worthy custom garland and modern balloon architectural pieces.
And not only is her work out of this world, her website is amazing too!
Our mutual friend Kim designed Nicole's website and logo. Kim is the creator of a company called Passion Project HQ. Kim works with hi-vibe, creative women to help them design their digital presence. Kim is absolutely amazing and she is the one that designed my logo. Kim also helped me re-brand and polish my online presence! Nicole is the one who introduced me to Kim!
As you can see her creations look as though they have been spilled out of Heaven. In fact, everything Nicole creates seems as though it came from some other dimension. They are all visually exhilarating, massive, impressive and imaginative. I know because I have seen her work in person. I have even been lucky enough to see where she creates. You should see it yourself! Peppered all over the walls and cabinets, are gorgeous garlands, cascading every nook and cranny, displaying their vibrant colors and inventive combinations!
For a while now, Nicole has been creating out of her home studio but she'll be moving into a new and exciting space in Martinez soon! So you'll be able to visit her studio soon. I am so excited for her.
If you want more information about Nicole or if you want to see more of her work then head to her website here. You can also follow her updates on Instagram where she posts daily. In addition, you can read more about the events she elevates with her creations on her blog.
I hope you enjoyed learning about my amazing friend, Nicole. She is not only super talented, she is also one of the most encouraging and supportive friends I have ever known. Ever since she walked into my life, I have been tremendously blessed. So not only are you getting amazing art when you work with her, you are also getting a piece of this dear soul's heart too.
Thanks for stopping by and please join me next week for another Talented Tuesday artist.
